Roles and Responsibilities

l     Principal roles and responsibilities are:-

–       Support Services

–       Provide Personal Computers , Software, Printers and Accessories

–       Provide e-mail facilities and ensure access to Internet

–       Maintain computer equipment and Accessories

–       Implement IT training for staff

–       Put together and supervise Team that implement Integrated Financial Economic Management Information Systems (IFEMIS)

–       Website Management

l     Provide Software Requirements:-

–       Word, Excel, PowerPoint

–       PageMaker

–       Corel Draw (MS equivalent)

–       MS Access
